What’s Involved In The Career Values Alignment Process?
The Career Values Alignment process involves 3 key elements.
Firstly, you will have an online interview to complete the career values assessment and personality profiling. Prior to this interview, we will ask you for a copy of your current CV.
Specifically, during the online interview, we ask you many questions about yourself, your work and your previous experience.
Following that, you will receive a formal report on your values and personality profile. What’s more, we will also highlight areas for you to address in coaching if appropriate and concepts for you to consider.
After 48 hours you will have received your report and an impactful personal statement that shows people who you really are.
Finally, this includes a further 1-hour coaching session to align any limitations within your values system.
Even more important, you’ll have more clarity about who you are, what you want, and where you can apply your unique skills and talents to have the most successful career possible!
